How IsisBehave can be used by Faculty Heads
Weekly email will be sent to HOY’s contains a list of all good/bad news slips that week, a league table of forms and individuals for that week and for the entire year.
It can be used:
In assembly to show league table of students through time – praise high achievers and highlight relegation candidates
In assembly to show stats/graph by form. E.g. that 7.1 is the highest performing group but 7.3 have the most bad news incidents
Keep a record in your inbox of all behavioural incidents
You can get information from the system to:
Pull off reports of a particular student’s or group of students’ behaviour
Use as evidence for parental meetings at the touch of a button – E.g. At a re-admission meeting you could show all bad incidents for a pupil in a report
Identify groups of students involved in incidents together, which could be used to manage form population
Use the data analysis to aid HOY CIP
Save on paper usage/ storage
